About this opportunity
A US$100 million fund launched by Finance Earth and FSD Africa Investments to back early-stage nature and nature-based carbon projects in Africa. Funding is staged across project preparation, commercial piloting and implementation, helping projects move from no income to long-term, contract-backed revenue. It invests only in projects that share carbon value substantially with host communities. Stated targets include protecting or restoring 4.5 million hectares and improving livelihoods for 1.4 million people, half of them women.
