About this opportunity
A US$690 million facility launched by Africa Finance Corporation and the Green Climate Fund to finance climate-resilient, low-carbon development and the delivery of national climate plans (Nationally Determined Contributions). Target sectors are clean energy, health and well-being, food and water security, and climate-resilient infrastructure and the built environment. It combines concessional Green Climate Fund finance, blended finance and technical assistance with a parallel commercial facility arranged by Africa Finance Corporation.
