About this opportunity
International facility developed by ILBANK with UN-Habitat and the World Bank and launched by the COP31 Presidency, aimed at closing the urban climate finance gap in low- and middle-income countries. It helps countries turn their national climate plans and adaptation plans into urban resilience investment programmes and investment-ready projects, through country-led Resilient Cities Country Platforms, a Resilient Cities Centre of Excellence and an International Resilient Cities Dialogue.
